William Hearn
(President/CEO)
William Hearn established Truevolt Electrical Services in 2017 after 15 years of comprehensive training and experience in the electrical trade. William’s training included a five year apprenticeship that consisted of 10,000 on the job training hours combined with 1,000 hours in the classroom. After apprenticeship William spent ten years gaining broad experience working as a Journeyman Electrician. He enjoys smoking a nice cigar on his porch and hanging out with his kids and wife.
Danielle Hearn
(CFO)
Danielle Hearn has a decade of experience working within the intricacies of people management and is a strong believer in positivity in the workplace. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, she enjoys a nice day at the beach and being on the water, watching FSU football, cooking, a nice glass of wine and spending time with her husband and kids.
Kristine Vergouwen
(Director of Operations)
Kristine Vergouwen is from South Florida and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in Business Management. Kristine has been working in management for over 10 years with the last eight years in construction. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her dog Owen.
Amber Ivy
(Office Assistant)
Amber Ivy was born and raised in Cairo Georgia and took over Emma’s spot as our office assistant! She has been with us since April 2025 and has fit in great with our team. Amber is married with two kids and enjoys going to the beach and hanging out with her family in her free time.
Christopher Earnest
(Residential Manager/Estimator)
Christopher “Chris” Earnest has over eight years of experience in residential service and new construction. His efficiency and speed made him the perfect person to manage our residential work. Chris enjoys being outdoors boating and fishing with his wife and daughters.
Gene Huff
(Lead Electrician)
Bobby “Gene” Huff has been in the electrical field for over 25 years and can do both commercial and residential work. Gene is not afraid to get dirty and gets even our most difficult jobs completed. Gene is in the Army Reserves and has two daughters and is always willing to give a helping hand.
Troy Klein
(Lead Electrician)
Troy Klein brings 30 years of experience with him to Truevolt Electric! Troy can work in both the residential and commercial field but loves working in the residential field because he loves helping people.

Nathan Payne
(Lead Electrician)
Nathan “Nate” Payne is a Tallahassee local who joined our team in March 2025 and our customers absolutely love him. He has 7 years of experience mostly in residential work but is willing to work on any project. When he is not at work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle or being on his boat. He is a great asset to our team!
Austin Frederick
(Lead Electrician)
Austin is from Central Florida and he does a lot of our residential remodels! He has been doing electric work for over 8 years and can do both residential and commercial work. He enjoys being outdoors, riding his four wheeler, and traveling with his wife.
Bennett Dunn
(Commercial Electrician)
Bennett Dunn was born in Texas but raised in Florida. Bennett has been in the electrical field for about 12 years. He is currently helping us complete the projects at the Chattahoochee Florida State Hospital. He enjoys DIY projects, riding in the woods and helping others.
Jason Hinley
(Commercial Electrician)
Jason Hinley has been in the electrical field for 22 years and has worked all over the United States and met tons of people along the way. He is currently helping complete the projects going on at the Florida State Hospital. He has been married to his wife for 14 years and they have 8 children between the two of them. Jason loves spending his time outside at the beach, in the woods or on the river and loves hanging out with his family.

Gavin Hurley

Gavin has been in the electrical field for about 1 year and has been with Truevolt since June 2024. He is from Stuart Florida and is majoring in finance! He enjoys hunting and fishing and his favorite college team is Florida State University!
Preston Hearn
(Apprentice)
Preston Hearn is the son of the owner William Hearn and was excited to get to work after graduating high school in May 2025. He has been with Truevolt for a little over a month and is currently working with Austin. Preston enjoys hanging out with his friends/girlfriend and going to the beach/boating to fish. Any free time he gets, he likes to travel to South Florida to visit family.
Tyler Hammond
(Apprentice”)
Jeffery “Tyler” Hammond started his electrical experience attending trade school and started his field experience with Truevolt about 3 months ago in March 2025. He is currently working alongside our lead Nathan doing mostly residential work. Tyler enjoys working out and going fishing in his free time!

Levi Maynard

Levi Maynard was born and raised in Tallahassee! He started his technical training at Lively Tech and his first job in the electrical field is with Truevolt. Levi has been working both in residential and commercial and learning both sides of the trade. He is currently engaged and we will be getting married this summer!
Duncan Weaver
(Apprentice)
Duncan Weaver has been in the electrical field since 2022. Duncan always has a positive attitude and is eager to learn. Duncan hopes to go back to school for Biomedical Engineering one day and is currently part of the Navy Reserves.
Ryan Wells
(Apprentice)
Ryan Wells has 7 years of experience in residential service and whole home generators. He is happily married with a son on the way and two cats. In his off time he enjoys working on cars shredding tires and hanging out with his family and friends. Ryan is currently working with our commercial crew in Chattahoochee!
