William Hearn
(President/CEO)
William Hearn established Truevolt Electrical Services in 2017 after 15 years of comprehensive training and experience in the electrical trade. William’s training included a five year apprenticeship that consisted of 10,000 on the job training hours combined with 1,000 hours in the classroom. After apprenticeship William spent ten years gaining broad experience working as a Journeyman Electrician. He enjoys smoking a nice cigar on his porch and hanging out with his kids and wife.
Danielle Hearn
(CFO)
Danielle Hearn has a decade of experience working within the intricacies of people management and is a strong believer in positivity in the workplace. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, she enjoys a nice day at the beach and being on the water, watching FSU football, cooking, a nice glass of wine and spending time with her husband and kids.
Kristine Vergouwen
(Director of Operations)
Kristine Vergouwen is from South Florida and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in Business Management. Kristine has been working in management for over 10 years with the last eight years in construction. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her dog Owen.
Emma Kerrick
(Office Assistant)
Emma Kerrick is from Tampa and the newest member of the Truevolt team. Emma is friendly and a quick learner and the customers love her. Emma was going to school for nursing but is taking a couple of semesters off. Emma is an animal lover and has two cats, one dog and a rabbit.
Christopher Earnest
(Residential Manager/Estimator)
Christopher “Chris” Earnest has over eight years of experience in residential service and new construction. His efficiency and speed made him the perfect person to manage our residential work. Chris enjoys being outdoors boating and fishing with his wife and daughters.
Gene Huff
(Lead Electrician)
Bobby “Gene” Huff has been in the electrical field for over 25 years and can do both commercial and residential work. Gene is not afraid to get dirty and gets even our most difficult jobs completed. Gene is in the Army Reserves and has two daughters and is always willing to give a helping hand.
Austin Frederick
(Lead Electrician)
Austin is one of our newest hires! He has been doing electric work for over 8 years and can do both residential and commercial work. He enjoys being outdoors, riding his four wheeler, and traveling with his wife.

Michael grew up in Pennsylvania and didn’t leave until he joined the Marines. He served 4 years as military police and decided to do something different when he was finished. He is brand new to the electrical field and we are excited to have him! In his down time, he enjoys fishing, four wheeling, and going to the beach.
